What You Get!
Each booth is 10 feet x 10 feet of carpeted space with black pipe frame curtain background, 8 foot table with two chairs, and black table curtain.
We’re planning for 6 – 8 dedicated hours of time in the Exhibit Hall for all attendees, but the Hall will remain open during sessions so that Attendees can visit your booth whenever you are available!
Each booth comes with one Attendee ticket for the full Conference, so that you can attend whatever sessions and events you like!
A wealth of online and print advertising will be provided to you! This package includes:
- Social media posts.
- Case studies and product or service advertising.
- Print brochures, mailers or flyers.
- Physical signage at the Conference and for special events.
- Email advertising and announcements.
- Name badges for the Conference and for special events.

Setup is on Monday, August 24th between 9am – 4pm. Click here for exhibitor information from the Raleigh Convention Center.
Breakdown will take place on Wednesday, August 26th from 3pm – 7pm.
WiFi is available from the Raleigh Convention Center at no additional cost. If you need very strong WiFi for your booth, plan to have your own access device!
Electrical connections will be provided on an as-needed basis. Let us know if you need them when you sign up!
We’ve got your breakfasts and lunches covered on Tuesday and Wednesday! Coffee, tea and water will be flowing when you need it!
